DPGA Redesign and New Interfaces
Persona-driven redesign of the DPGA digital ecosystem, alongside new purpose-built tools for the alliance's community and events.
Technology:
Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Figma, Strapi
Team Contribution:
Bálint, Gergő, and Laura as core contributors, with József and Kistasi contributing on selected parts of the project.
Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Conducted a Persona Workshop with DPGA Secretariat members to map user needs, goals, and pain points — forming the foundation for the redesign.
- •Redesigned the DPGA website based on persona research, improving clarity, navigation, and visual identity — including content restructuring.
- •Developed a Maturity Tool — an interactive self-assessment tool for DPG maturity.
- •Built a landing page and a Check-in App for the DPGA Annual Members Meeting (AMM 2025), supporting attendee check-in and event registration.



TÉP — Tüdőbeteg Életút Platform
MVP 1 — Patient journey platform for lung cancer patients, currently in early development.
Technology:
Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Figma, HTML prototyping
Team Contribution:
Laura led UX research, prototyping, and MVP development, with Gergő as senior developer and consultant.
Tasks, responsibilities:
- •UX research and persona creation for patients, doctors, and pharma stakeholders.
- •Patient journey mapping across 5 care stages with iterative HTML prototyping.
- •MVP developed in Next.js 14 with journey map, content library, diary, and Q&A.
DPGA Registry and Roadmap
Renewal of public interfaces for DPGA databases, implemented following a provided Figma design.
Technology:
Next.js with a PHP REST API back-end
Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Developing with Next.js and the NextUI design library.
- •Implementing server-side rendering and responsive design.
- •Translating Figma prototypes into functional interfaces.
- •API development and Airtable integration.
DPGA Website Maintenance
Renewal, maintain, fixes, and new features for the public and internal interfaces, data connections, hosting and building processes of DPGA.

Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Template creation, analytics of existing codebase, back-end and data schema building, interaction design with reactjs
Pafyll
Norwegian circular economy e-commerce website.
Technology:
NextJS with Rest API back-end.
Team Contribution:
Gergő worked in the team as front-end developer.
Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Following the design principles, remote work, agile ceremonies, cooperate with UI/UX designer product manager and the dev team, version controll, CI / CD pipeline, unit tests, ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, RestAPI.
Agricultural Subsidies Search
An Open Data project for the Hungarian watchdog NGO K-Monitor, aimed at increasing the transparency of governmental agricultural subsidies

Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Scraper implementation on the governmental data pages, API and search engine and front-end implementation for the listing.
ModernTéka
Architectural mapping application with database.
Technology:
MapBox, React, Next.js, Hygraph, Vercel, Tailwind, Figma
Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Based on the Figma prototype, several essential assets were recreated and developed using Next.js. MapBox GL JS was integrated to display the featured buildings, and the content model was created with Hygraph, along with the implementation of the API.
Nyksund-Berlin Artistic Archive
Artistic archive UX&UI design and web application
Technology:
React, Next.js, Hygraph, Vercel, Tailwind, Figma
Team Contribution:
Gergő and Laura worked on it along with the project owner artists Elisabeth Brun and Katja Pratschke.
Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Managed and planned the archive structure. Designed UX&UI responsive web from scratch in Figma, built the application with NextJs, Tailwind, created the Hygraph shema, implemented the API.
Tilos Rádió Civil Rádió Nyelv és Tudomány
Radioship
Open-source AI toolkit for making community radio archives searchable through speech-to-text and a voice user interface.
Technology:
Python, neural networks (STT), NLP, Jupyter/Colab, audio processing pipelines, Canva
Tasks, responsibilities:
- •Speech-to-text transcription of MP3 archives using neural networks.
- •Audio segmentation — separating speech from music and noise.
- •Keyword extraction and stopword filtering for Hungarian and other under-resourced languages.
- •Building CLI tools and Colab pipelines for processing large radio archives.
- •Open-sourcing the full toolkit with documentation for adaptation to other languages.
- •Video editing and presentation production in Canva.
